Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping is subject to product availability. You will be notified by email of delays and/or extended leadtime associated with items on your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping & Handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping options are available on qualifying orders. Please see the chart below.

In-store pickup
Free local pickup is available at any of our locations, subject to parts availability. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, the parts with local availability will be prepared and ready for pickup on the same business day. We will email you when your order is ready. Pickup orders will be held for two business days before being canceled.
In-store pickup is available during regular business hours. Please see store hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred upon arrival in your destination country. Great American, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Hazardous Materials
Certain shipping types restrict the shipping of hazardous or regulated materials. These items may include transmission fluid, brake fluid, batteries (those that contain battery acid), and most paints. LTL shipping may be available for these items. Please contact us for more information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification, and a tracking number will be provided if available for the selected shipping method (UPS, FedEx, LTL). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
