2025 marks a major milestone in the journey of Great American Inc.—45 years of service, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the trucking and heavy-duty parts industry. Since opening our doors in 1980, we’ve grown from a single-location operation to a trusted name throughout the Southeast, known for our industry expertise, customer-first mindset, and deep relationships with manufacturers and professionals alike.

When Great American Inc. was founded, it was with one clear goal: to provide high-quality parts and exceptional customer service to those who keep America moving. Over the past four and a half decades, that goal hasn’t changed—but our capabilities have grown exponentially. Today, with multiple locations and a dedicated team of knowledgeable professionals, we’re proud to serve a diverse range of customers, from independent owner-operators to large fleets and repair shops across the nation.

This October, Great American Inc. is going pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Join us for our Pink Out Day on Wednesday, October 21st, from 8AM–5PM at both branch locations. We’ll have pink treats, prizes, and giveaways, plus a special opportunity to share messages of hope with those battling breast cancer. Together, we’re supporting Gertrude’s House, a local nonprofit founded by three-time survivor Brenda Grissom, to bring strength and encouragement to warriors in our community. Read more here.
