Beyond his operational expertise, Justin has been a guiding force for new team members learning the ropes—especially when it comes to mastering our new ERP system. Whether it’s jumping on a Google Meet to walk a colleague through a question, explaining a tricky process, or patiently sharing best practices, he’s always there with a solution-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
