PolarSeal II Hose is recommended for most refrigerant blends and compressor lubricants in automotive and heavy-duty truck air conditioning systems where significant reduction in permeation and moisture ingression is desired. Low-permeation hose construction is used by more OEMs around the globe than any other refrigerant hose construction. Gates PolarSeal II derives its performance from a proprietary polyamide barrier and exceptional compounding, making it compatible with R134a, R12, and R1234yf refrigerant.
