Caps are manufactured using forged steel that is case hardened and precision ground for extreme durability. The interior needle bearings are come from high carbon steel and then thru hardened for increased load carrying capability. The cap seals are specially made from nitrile rubber for optimum grease retention and contaminant exclusion. All SKF Brute Force Universal Joints are pre-lubricated with premium, high temperature grease that excels in a wide temperature range providing maximum life.
